Continental Credit Control is committed to assisting you in any way possible in the event you think an account in our office was a result of identity theft. Instructions for how to handle disputed claims of identity theft are available by looking into the Identity Theft Resolution Act. It requires that you make a claim in writing and that we complete the entire verification process within 30 days of receipt of the written claim.
Continental Credit Control allows you, the consumer, to pay your bill thru CCC’s self-service website, www.payradbill.com. You must have your account information to use the website for payments which is provided to you in one or more of the letters you have received from CCC. The use of this number when using the self-service payment website, is a key component of the required compliance program for authentication of your account and the acceptance of web payments. If you do not have a CCC account number, please contact us at 844-213-4284.
