    (f) audio, electronic, or similar information including call recordings.  Recordings are made when the consumer has a telephone conversation with us.  (NOTE: calls made by CCC to consumers and calls made by consumers to CCC are recorded and may be monitored);

(g) professional or employment related information;

(h) educational information, degree, etc.;

(i) inferences drawn from other information.

CCC collects most of this personal information from our clients or from you or your authorized representative by telephone or by electronic or other written communications.  We may also collect information from our service providers, from third parties and from third parties with your consent; 

CCC does not sell personal information to third parties. 

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time.  Modifications go into immediate effect after they have been posted.  See the last updated date at the end of this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with the policy, you should cease use of the Site immediately.

A consumer can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA by sending us a notarized power of attorney.  You must verify your identity and provide authorization to speak with your authorized agent.  You must describe your request with sufficient detail to enable us to respond to your request.

You have the right to request that we delete personal information, subject to certain exceptions.  Please note that if the information we maintain about you falls into one or more exceptions, CCC may not be able to delete the information. 

A consumer has a right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of the privacy rights as described herein.
